The market for real estate is subject to the market conditions which means there is a steady need for both residential and commercial construction and especially management tasks when you perform a concept solution or a strategic financing.
However, there will always be one or more markets which attract more focus than others due to a current need or a special under-supplied area. This movement in the market means that it is essential for us not to focus on only one market area, but instead - as a company - to be adaptable in a changing market.
For the private customer the advisory services usually consist of an assessment of the customer's property in order to determine which opportunities and limitations the property holds. Is is possible to develop the property or can it be used for other and better purposes? And if so - which purposes? In collaboration with our architects, contractors, engineers etc., we assist the customer in the entire process regarding development of the property including preparation of material for the local authorities, the development of the project, preparation of the sales material and more. The advisory tasks range widely from urban development to spa- and wellness centres, hotels, housing projects, office buildings, shopping centers renovation and refubishment of existing buildings for new uses etc.
For municipalities we provide advisory regarding PPP's and PFI's. Projects range from establishment of schools to swimmingpools, sports- and leisure centres, healthcare centres, city halls etc. Our consultancy includes assessment of how far it is possible/advisable to use the facilities for commercial purposes also. Furthermore we advise municipalities on the possibilities of changing a property possessed by the municipality to other purposes if it is left unused.
Besides consultancy we offer management tasks associated with project cdevelopment which means we manage all the administrative work of a project.
Fees for the abovementioned services amounts to DKK 675,00-DKK 890,00 per hours excl. VAT.
