The
hotel is situated on a 30,000 sq metres ground
around 15 minutes walk from the centre of
Miedzyzdroje and not more than 150 metres from
the Baltic Sea. The plot is situated in the
middle of a forest, where calm prevails along
with the animals. The view from the levels over
the sea will be sublime as the trees sway will
lead into the waves rush.
The buildings will emerge with a mixture of
plaster, zinc and wood. The facades will be
plastered interrupted by outgoing zinc boxes in
different heights. The roof construction will be
carried out in zinc and be several storeys high,
with different slopes and interrupted by glass.
The elevator towers by the house ends will be
dominated by glass, so the view can be enjoyed
all the way up to the roof terraces, where you
can enjoy a drink or cup of coffee in good
company.
The inside of the hotel will appear bright and
friendly. The layout will be stylish yet
neutral, in order to provide peaceful
surroundings for the guests.
The restaurants will serve 1. class dishes, so
it is not only the soul, which will have a good
experience. Caissa G Gourmet restaurant is
located at the 15. and thus the top floor, so
the food can be enjoyed together with the
magnificent views of the Baltic Sea. Immediately
below the restaurant is the casino.
The Casino and the restaurant will be open for
other than the hotels guests and could easily
provide a base for meetings and company
arrangements, where also the hotel's conference
facilities can be used.
