Since Caissa Group ApS started up in 2005 we have had development of exciting and innovative solutions in various segments of properties as our main task. Our capabilities - combined with our proven network of professional partners - cover broad. We have therefore chosen not to succumb to such limits as only developing housing projects.
There is a number of common factors in the various segments of the market for property development, which makes us work with many different specialists. This ensures, that we are always "on the beat", and we know how to assemble a team, regardless the segment we're working in.
Despite the fact that Caissa Group ApS has only existed a few years, we have lot's of expierience "in house" due to our many years of experience as architects. One of our specialties is urban/city planning. In this area, our team dominate all disciplines and therefore Caissa Group ApS acts as the unifying force in the process.
The procedure in an urban development is often a long and costly process that requires oversight, action and situational awareness, and not least an ongoing dialogue with stakeholders. Due to our talented and very qualified staff, this is a task that we carrie out very well.
Caissa Group ApS holds all powers of buying and developing property for commercial use.
We are usually in the process right from the beginning wich means:
- we find the right location
- we buy the land
- we develop the project
- we deliver the completed project as a "turn key-project" to final user.
It is our experience that it is incredibly important to have discussed a number of opportunities with the final users, why we start in the best possible extent to ensure that our project will fulfill a flexible construction which meets the specific demands here and now and may also respond to the changing needs the future will demand.
