Welcome to Rhodes -  One of the beautiful Dodecanese Islands in the Greek archipelago. 

The Dodecanes consist of 12 large and some small islands on the southwestern coast of Little Asia and the name refers to dodeka, which means 12 og nisiá, which means islands. 

Rhodes is the eastern and most green of the Dodecanese Islands and the second largest of the Greek Islands with a total area of 1.400 km².  

Rhodes is an island with a lot of variety. With more than 220 kilometers of coast line with natural beaches and bays, mountains and valleys, you can meet the naure in all its variations. In the spring the Hibiscus and Bourgainvillea flourish and in the autumn you can smell Thyme, Mint and Coriander which grows on the mountain sides. 

Rhodes offers a typical mediteranean climate with a long, warm, dry and sunny summer and a mild and moist winter.

Genadi is a traditional Greek village situated on the east coast of Rhodes. 65 km south of Rhodes town and 50 km from the international airport.  

The tourism have not reach Genadi, so the village is a peaceful and quiet place where the greek hospitality is big with smile and open arms. 

The village boasts an assortment of modern amenities and a variety of cafes and restaurants and just a 10 min walk to one of the islands best blue flag beaches and seaside taverns. 

The landscape around the village offers a great variation with mountains, olive groves and wine fields which in time changes character and look.  

The village is situated on a hill side with only 400 meters to the Aegean Sea. 

The building is a 2 storey construction with 7 apartments on the ground floor and 7 apartments on the first floor on a slightly hilly plot situated on the edge of Genadi and just a 5 min stroll to the centre of the village.  

All the apartments have a panoramic view to the Aegean Sea whether inside or outside on the private terraces or balconies.  

All the apartments have access to a 5x10 m swimming pool situated on the plot in front of the apartments. 

The building is built in a modern style where the inside is characterized by simplicity and tastefulness.

The apartments on the groundfloor are approximately 70m² with a partly covered terrace and a private garden. The apartments on the first floor are 65m² with a partly covered balcony and a private roof terrace.

All the apartments have entrance from the terrace where you walk directly into the spacious living room.  

The living room is in direct contact with the open plan kitchen fully fitted. The living room is equipped with an air conditioning unit. The living room has south east orientation with sun almost all day. 

A small corridor leads to the large bathroom which contains a large shower corner, 2 wash basins, a hanging toilet and a washing machine. 

Finally, the apartments contains 2 large bedrooms with wardrobes and 2 beds in each room. 

The apartments on the ground floor each have a large terrace partly covered and a garden.

The apartment on the first floor each have a balcony partly covered and a large roof terrace. 

When you buy a residence in Greece all aspects of the purchase involves a notary and lawyer. This secures a safe purchase. 

Rhodes is, together with the half of Kos, the only place in Greece, where you can find a land registry. During their occupation, the italians made a great effort of determine the ownership of each cadastre on the island. This means, that there will be no doubt about the ownership.
